What you will do

• Perform special inspections in the Materials Testing, Geotechnical, and Environmental Consulting sectors.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and current code requirements to ensure compliance.
• Maintain detailed field and laboratory data files, including daily reports and RFIs.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with Project Managers and client representatives.
• Verify that construction activities align with industry standards and regulatory specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction inspection.
• Certification in one or more of the following: AWS/CWI Welding, ICC/DSA Masonry, ICC Fireproofing, ICC Reinforced Concrete, ICC Pre-Stressed Concrete, ICC Soils, ICC Structural Steel Bolting (S1), or NDT Level II.
• Ability to read and understand complex construction plans and specifications.
• Current, valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
• Must be located in or able to work in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
