What you will do

• Provide daily site inspection reports to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes.
• Coordinate in the field with clients, consultants, contractors, designers, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and document contractor resource utilization and assist with negotiation of field construction changes.
• Attend and participate in construction, safety, and project site coordination meetings.
• Verify equipment and material installation and measure pay quantities.
• Review contractor schedules and coordinate third-party special material testing inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience if no degree is held.
• Must comply with company vehicle policy or be willing to travel to various project areas.
• Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills with high math aptitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
