What you will do

• Perform mechanical inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing parts.
• Manage RMA (customer returns) and inventory material transactions within the ERP system.
• Execute cycle counting and internal MRB rework as needed.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and manage site calibration activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and purchasing teams to resolve technical issues.
• Identify and implement productivity improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, air gages, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent trade school certification.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Bedford, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience operating and programming CMM equipment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
