What you will do

• Process and manage 100+ invoices daily using SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform 3-way matching of supplier invoices with approved purchase orders.
• Collaborate with supply chain specialists to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with suppliers and buyers via telephone and written correspondence.
• Interface with other team members to support overall finance and operations workflows.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Solid understanding of sales and use tax.
• Ability to work in a team environment under deadline pressure.
• Must be located in Golden Valley, MN.
