What you will do

• Own the overarching strategy for customer onboarding, mapping the journey from discovery and sign-up to product adoption.
• Analyze data and analytics to identify friction points and drive continuous improvements in the onboarding flow.
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize the UX/UI of the onboarding journey.
• Balance the need for a frictionless user experience with the necessity of robust KYC and KYB controls to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience in product management, product design, planning, and development.
• Track record of taking products from ideation to delivery at a global scale.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with exemplary academic achievements.
• Must be based in Sydney.

• Solid understanding of Onboarding, UX/UI, KYC, KYB, and Risk management.
