What you will do
- Shape and evolve the product roadmap for progress trackers and insight moments within the Juniper platform.
- Design intuitive, personalized patient experiences that drive engagement and long-term habit formation.
- Own key engagement and retention metrics, connecting product decisions to real-world health outcomes.
- Partner with design and clinical teams to ensure every insight is trustworthy, intuitive, and high-quality.
- Lead a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, ML ops engineers, and software engineers.
- Align stakeholders across clinical and commercial departments to unblock execution and deliver cohesive outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, professional services, or high-growth startup environments.
- Proven track record of owning consumer-facing, high-engagement product domains.
- Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, focused strategies.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative signals to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build credibility across diverse teams.
- High-agency mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
