Principal Product Manager, Growth (Fintech)

Location: Based in Sydney; starts as remote then transitions to a hybrid structure (at least 50% in-office/3 days a week)

What you will do

• Own and drive product initiatives to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV across AU, NZ, Japan, and Singapore.
• Identify customer journey friction through data analysis and direct user interviews.
• Build wireframes and prototypes using AI-assisted tools to ship features directly to production.
• Lead product discovery and translate local APAC insights into requirements for global product teams.
• Run lean experiments and manage a growth-focused experimentation roadmap.
• Partner with regional business managers to align product initiatives with market growth goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with depth in growth or monetisation in B2C fintech or high-growth digital products.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is required.
• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, v0, Claude, ChatGPT) for prototyping and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with discovery processes (JTBD, unmet needs mapping).
• Ability to influence in a global matrixed organisation and work with high autonomy.
• Must be based in Sydney to support the hybrid work model.
