Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 plus eligible commissions

What you will do

  • Own sales execution across North America, managing both direct enterprise accounts and channel partner performance.
  • Lead from the front by personally engaging in high-value opportunities and building relationships with key accounts.
  • Translate global strategy into actionable regional plans tailored to the North American market.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives and Business Development Reps.
  • Guide partners on pipeline development and the conversion of customers to subscription-based models.
  • Track, forecast, and report sales performance using CRM to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a quota-carrying, fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) tech industry.
  • Familiarity with Challenger sales or other consultative methodologies.
