Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 plus eligible commissions

What you will do
- Own sales execution across North America, managing both direct enterprise accounts and channel partner performance.
- Lead from the front by personally engaging in high-value opportunities and building relationships with key accounts.
- Translate global strategy into actionable regional plans tailored to the North American market.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives and Business Development Reps.
- Guide partners on pipeline development and the conversion of customers to subscription-based models.
- Track, forecast, and report sales performance using CRM to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a quota-carrying, fast-paced B2B environment.
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) tech industry.
- Familiarity with Challenger sales or other consultative methodologies.
