Field Marketing Manager (AI): Developing and executing regional demand generation programs and event campaigns to support the West Enterprise Acquisition Sales Team with an accent on pipeline growth and customer engagement. Focus on managing end-to-end event logistics, aligning marketing strategies with regional business priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.
Location: Must be based in San Francisco or Seattle. This position requires a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office) and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Compensation: $122,000 – $160,600

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional field marketing programs and events to drive pipeline and prospect engagement.
- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of customer events, executive programs, webinars, and industry roadshows.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing strategies with regional business priorities and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with Alliances and Partner Marketing teams to support joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and onsite execution to ensure high-quality experiences.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and business impact to report on regional marketing success.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B field marketing experience supporting acquisition and net-new logo motions.
- Proficiency with marketing tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and WordPress.
- Strong project management, time management, and execution skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in office.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
