What you will do

  • Define ABM strategy and program architecture, including tiering, prioritization, and measurement frameworks.
  • Operationalize target account management processes and governance within Salesforce.
  • Launch and optimize sales-aligned, multi-channel ABM plays to drive engagement and pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and BDR leadership to align outreach orchestration and SLAs.
  • Develop account insights and performance reporting to iteratively improve messaging and channel mix.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Client Success to align account experiences for priority specialties.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in ABM.
  • Experience designing and executing multi-channel programs for named accounts (email, paid media, web personalization).
  • Proficiency with ABM and intent platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable program performance POVs.
  • Must be based in the United States.
