Salary: $61,200 – $113,600 per year

What you will do
- Coordinate daily production requirements across all organization levels and report on schedule status.
- Analyze sales and forecast data to support business decisions regarding capacity and material planning.
- Prepare capacity analyses to support capital expenditure and production readiness across sites.
- Develop and pilot new metrics for SIOP and Variance reporting.
- Build data programs utilizing Power BI, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deadlines are met and prevent line stoppages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- 2-3 years of manufacturing SIOP experience.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Ability to capture and analyze large amounts of data with an emphasis on error-proofing.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Delavan, WI.
