What you will do

• Coordinate daily production requirements across all organization levels and report on schedule status.
• Analyze sales and forecast data to support business decisions regarding capacity and material planning.
• Prepare capacity analyses to support capital expenditure and production readiness across sites.
• Develop and pilot new metrics for SIOP and Variance reporting.
• Build data programs utilizing Power BI, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deadlines are met and prevent line stoppages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing SIOP experience.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Ability to capture and analyze large amounts of data with an emphasis on error-proofing.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Delavan, WI.
