What you will do

• Manage and drive supplier safety, quality, and site performance improvements.
• Optimize raw material supply chains to ensure business continuity and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with factory modules to resolve material capacity and quality risks.
• Lead and mentor less experienced engineers to drive standardization across the factory.
• Define material inspection methodologies and conduct studies for cost and yield control.
• Lead supplier selection and risk mitigation for single-sourced commodities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience (with Bachelor's/Master's) or 4+ years (with PhD).
• 4+ years of experience in semiconductor factory operations, supply chain engineering, or supplier management.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, model-based problem solving (MBPS), and KPI development.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills, including experience with Power BI.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
