What you will do
- Develop and implement SI&OP processes tailored for synchronized production, inventory, and demand within military programs.
- Establish and maintain a Military Programs Master Production Schedule for efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of cross-functional leaders in the execution of the SI&OP process.
- Manage work orders in the ERP system (Epicor), coordinating with production and purchasing to ensure timely material delivery.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruptions.
- Analyze KPIs and ERP data to generate reports and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SI&OP and master scheduling within military programs.
- Expertise in utilizing ERP systems for SI&OP processes.
- U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Strong understanding of military supply chain regulations and logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
