SIOP & Production Planner (Military Programs)

What you will do

• Develop and implement SIOP processes for synchronized production, inventory, and demand planning across military programs.
• Establish and maintain master production schedules and coordinate resource allocation.
• Collaborate with programs, business development, procurement, materials, manufacturing, logistics, accounting, and production teams.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze ERP data, generate performance reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to support continuity of supply.
• Create and release ERP work orders, coordinate material availability, audit completed jobs, and create engineering jobs for non-production builds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of related experience, including SIOP and master scheduling within military programs.
• Expertise with ERP systems and advanced planning software.
• Strong understanding of military supply chains, logistics, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Certain programs may require U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
