TL;DR

Sales Engineer (Manufacturing): Converting inbound enquiries and RFQs into closed orders for a digital manufacturing platform with an accent on technical estimation and pipeline management. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia)

hirify.global is a fast-growing digital manufacturing platform that streamlines the process of delivering precision parts for engineers.

What you will do

  • Convert inbound enquiries, platform sign-ups, and draft quotations into active RFQs.
  • Qualify inbound leads and escalate high-potential accounts (annual TPS over €30,000) to the Account Management team.
  • Independently review, configure, and price quotations for sheet metal, CNC machining, and fabrication.
  • Match customer requirements with the most suitable production routes within the manufacturing network.
  • Manage a high-volume quote pipeline and maintain rigorous data discipline in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Engineering background or professional experience in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in estimating for metal fabrication services.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal, CNC, and fabrication processes.
  • Professional proficiency in English and either Italian and/or French.
  • Location: Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Tallinn or Tartu.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with sheet metal or CNC machinery.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar high-volume CRM systems.
  • Experience in startup environments or industrial platform sales.
  • Fluency in both Italian and French, or proficiency in Estonian.
