What you will do
- Convert inbound enquiries, platform sign-ups, and draft quotations into active RFQs.
- Qualify inbound leads and escalate high-potential accounts (annual TPS over €30,000) to the Account Management team.
- Independently review, configure, and price quotations for sheet metal, CNC machining, and fabrication.
- Match customer requirements with the most suitable production routes within the manufacturing network.
- Manage a high-volume quote pipeline and maintain rigorous data discipline in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Engineering background or professional experience in manufacturing.
- Proven experience in estimating for metal fabrication services.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal, CNC, and fabrication processes.
- Professional proficiency in English and either Italian and/or French.
- Location: Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Tallinn or Tartu.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with sheet metal or CNC machinery.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar high-volume CRM systems.
- Experience in startup environments or industrial platform sales.
- Fluency in both Italian and French, or proficiency in Estonian.
