What you will do

• Lead daily operations of the motor modification workshop, managing a production team of up to 30 people.
• Prepare and monitor the annual production budget, implementing corrective actions for cost deviations.
• Manage workshop capacity and resource allocation to meet demand and service level targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and standard work to improve productivity.
• Ensure correct implementation of work instructions, routings, drawings, and engineering changes.
• Act as the primary operational interface with the 3PL partner and support customer visits.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in motor service, repair, modification, or electromechanical assembly.
• Proven leadership responsibility in a shop floor or workshop environment.
• Technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Experience working with SAP and utilizing KPIs and reports for operational management.
• Solid understanding of Lean principles, quality systems, and safe working practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience working in safety-critical environments.
