Production Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily operations of a motor modification workshop at a 3PL partner site.
• Coordinate and manage a production team of up to 30 people, including coaching, upskilling, and performance management.
• Prepare the annual production budget, monitor costs, and define corrective actions.
• Manage workshop capacity, resources, and work in progress to meet demand and service-level targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, standard work, and process control.
• Ensure correct implementation of work instructions, routings, drawings, testing requirements, and engineering changes while reducing defects, rework, and field issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in motor service, repair, modification, electromechanical assembly, or a similar operational field, including shop-floor leadership.
• Experience with workshop operations, production coordination, Lean/5S methodologies, and quality management in industrial manufacturing or electromechanical environments.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with SAP and the ability to use data, KPIs, and reports to manage operational performance.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Understanding of Lean principles, quality systems, and safe working practices.

Nice to have

• Experience as a workshop manager, production supervisor, operations leader, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
• Experience working in a safety-critical environment.
