TL;DR

What you will do
- Deliver and roll out leadership development programs aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to diagnose needs and create practical learning solutions.
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, cohorts, and peer learning sessions.
- Design and develop learning content including e-learning, microlearning, and facilitator guides using instructional design best practices.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency and content development.
- Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or talent management.
- Proven experience in workshop facilitation for both virtual and in-person environments.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern L&D practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks, performance management, or succession planning.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Background in adult education or organizational development.
