TL;DR

Talent Management Specialist (L&D): Supporting employee growth through scalable learning experiences with an accent on leadership development and instructional design. Focus on designing and facilitating workshops, leveraging AI-enabled tools for content creation, and partnering with HR stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities.

Location: Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada. Hybrid work model required.

What you will do

  • Deliver and roll out leadership development programs aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to diagnose needs and create practical learning solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, cohorts, and peer learning sessions.
  • Design and develop learning content including e-learning, microlearning, and facilitator guides using instructional design best practices.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency and content development.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or talent management.
  • Proven experience in workshop facilitation for both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern L&D practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, performance management, or succession planning.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Background in adult education or organizational development.
