TL;DR
Onboarding Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Designing and delivering structured ramp journeys for the Revenue organization with an accent on role-specific training and AI-driven role-play libraries. Focus on optimizing new hire time-to-productivity, managing LMS content, and partnering with leadership to align enablement with business goals.
Location: Remote (US). Travel is an expected part of the role for company-wide offsites.

What you will do
- Design, build, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs tailored to SDR, AE, and Field Sales roles.
- Manage and expand the AI role-play scenario library, enabling reps to practice discovery and objection handling.
- Develop progress dashboards and standardized coaching frameworks for managers to track new hire ramp data.
- Collaborate with Revenue leaders, Revenue Ops, and P&C to ensure seamless system provisioning and onboarding effectiveness.
- Administer the Revenue organization's LMS, managing user provisioning, course assignments, and reporting.
- Support promotional readiness programs (e.g., SDR-to-AE) through content preparation and scheduling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Training.
- Proven ability to build and deliver structured onboarding or training programs from the ground up.
- Experience administering an LMS or similar learning technology platform.
- Strong project management skills and comfort with data analysis to identify trends.
- High level of comfort using AI tools, specifically Claude and Google Gemini.
- Must be based in the US (eligible for 401k, HSA, and US health benefits).
Nice to have
- Experience with AI role-play or conversation simulation platforms (e.g., Quantified, Second Nature).
- Familiarity with automotive software or SaaS sales cycles.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, or comparable sales tools.
