Salary: $67,355.00 - $114,503.00

What you will do

• Develop and deliver professional development opportunities (virtual and in-person) for Head Start programs and TTA staff.
• Implement training aligned with the PFCE Framework, covering family partnerships, parent leadership, and community engagement.
• Apply adult learning theory to create impactful training sessions that build capacity for family service workers and coaches.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PD initiatives using participant feedback and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Early Learning and Health to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct field testing and review professional development materials to ensure quality and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, family studies, human development, education, public health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development and TTA in family engagement and Head Start programs.
• Strong knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) and the PFCE Framework.
• Experience training diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Proven track record of applying adult learning theory in professional settings.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote position.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in social work, education, or family studies.
• Experience working within the Head Start TTA system.
• Experience supporting AIAN or MSHS programs.
• Fluency in Spanish.
