What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions for core OTC processes.
• Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for pricing, order management, ATP, billing, and credit management.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and cutover planning for global implementation projects.
• Provide deep functional expertise and production support for incident resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA OTC processes.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Must be within a reasonable driving distance of a hirify.global facility.
• Ability to travel 30% for go-lives and hyper-care.
• Proficiency in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and EDI.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Kanban.
