What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise engagements, orchestrating onshore, offshore, and partner delivery resources.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales Engineering to create statements of work (SOWs), delivery plans, and LOE estimations.
• Manage regional resource planning, talent allocation, and project margin health using PSA tools like Certinia.
• Provide comprehensive project health dashboards and KPIs to internal and client stakeholders.
• Identify strategic up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive continuous customer success.
• Facilitate structured project close procedures and institutionalize best practices in the delivery playbook.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects or technical enterprise engagements.
• Proven track record of managing matrixed consulting teams and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project governance artifacts such as Jira backlogs, risk assessments, and financial analyses.
• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools like Certinia or FinancialForce.
• Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience in a vendor Professional Services organization.
• Knowledge of Graph technology (hirify.global), NoSQL, or modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Direct experience managing deployments on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Domain expertise in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or High-Tech sectors.
