What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and constraints across squads and platforms to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and report delivery metrics (lead time, throughput) and provide transparency to senior stakeholders via dashboards.
• Optimize delivery processes and tooling through the application of GenAI tools.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and lead the Delivery community within the organization.
• Manage commercial ownership, including building investment cases, statements of work, and MSAs.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of senior consulting experience in a recognized professional services organization.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex initiatives, particularly in cloud and data.
• Experience delivering and operating complex SaaS or COTS enterprise platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Nexus).
• Experience defining AI delivery strategies, including governance, ethics, and productivity benchmarks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
