What you will do

• Manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects, anticipating dependencies and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead the consistent execution of standard service offerings, ensuring repeatability and high-quality documentation.
• Own the resolution of customer escalations through root-cause analysis and effective stakeholder communication.
• Forecast team capacity based on pipeline demand and manage staffing actions to balance workloads.
• Validate delivery plans and solution designs to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead and coach delivery teams, ensuring role clarity and driving performance against commitments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience in Software Professional Services leadership, project management, or technical consulting.
• Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Experience managing projects governed by statements of work and professional services administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Mavenlink/Kantata, and Office applications.
