What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to align service delivery with strategic objectives.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of professional services projects, defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Manage resource allocation effectively to ensure delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify potential risks related to service delivery and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar role within Professional Services.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies for professional services delivery.
• Must be based in England
