TL;DR
Delivery Manager (Supply Chain) (AI and enterprise planning): Managing full-lifecycle implementations of AI-powered supply chain planning solutions from blueprint through hypercare with an accent on project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and customer communication. Focus on coordinating requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, issue resolution, and knowledge transition across distributed teams.
Location: Taiwan; hybrid work with work from home three days per week, depending on the team.

What you will do
- Manage the complete lifecycle of supply chain planning solution implementations from blueprint through hypercare.
- Create project plans, align stakeholders on milestones and timelines, and track actual progress against the plan.
- Provide regular project status updates and manage schedules, timesheets, invoices, and project administration.
- Coordinate team deliverables, document risks and issues, and develop mitigation and resolution plans.
- Engage customers to manage priorities and expectations throughout the implementation.
- Support post-go-live knowledge transition and documentation for the o9 support team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 6–10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics planning.
- Full-lifecycle project management experience covering requirements gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, and deployment.
- Experience delivering enterprise supply chain projects using agile methodology.
- Knowledge of supply chain solutions, project management principles, and project management software such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration skills in Taiwanese Mandarin and English are required.
