What you will do

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initial blueprint to hypercare support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and mitigating potential delays.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and priorities.
• Oversee administrative tasks including timesheet approvals and project documentation.
• Ensure team members are aligned on deliverables and project objectives.
• Coordinate knowledge transition to support teams post-go-live.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain planning or logistics domain.
• Proven track record in full-lifecycle project management for enterprise implementations.
• Proficiency in both English and Taiwanese Mandarin is required.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and project management software like JIRA or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
