What you will do

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as fraud losses, false positives, and operational efficiency.
• Perform deep dives into fraudulent trends to provide data-driven insights and build monitoring dashboards.
• Build and maintain fraud features, rules, and models to counter evolving fraud behaviors.
• Execute human-in-the-loop reviews to complement automated fraud detection systems.
• Review operational processes and systems to build feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in Risk, Fraud investigations, or Trust & Safety.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with reporting packages (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and Python.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python ML libraries.
