What you will do

• Build and maintain models for business cases, operational planning, and strategic decisions
• Develop and own merchant-facing reporting models and data visualizations
• Partner with sales, merchant success, and growth teams to deliver data for retention and upsell
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders with timely insights
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams on data changes and improvements
• Contribute to scalable, sophisticated reporting pipelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years in analytics, data, or business intelligence role
• Understanding of consumer brands, ecommerce, and industry metrics/benchmarks
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and data modeling
• Experience building and maintaining transformation code in dbt
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience building models and dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel
• Familiarity with Tableau
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter mindset

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation
