TL;DR

What you will do

• Explore and analyze diverse criminal justice datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data models into production software.
• Communicate complex findings to internal teams and external government stakeholders.
• Design and execute roadmaps that drive impact in partner states.
• Contribute to internal tooling and processes to improve data workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of professional experience in exploring, analyzing, and processing complex datasets.
• High proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation.
• Strong familiarity with Python and the Pandas package for statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in cross-functional product-focused organizations.
• Background working with public sector or criminal justice datasets.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Looker, and Jupyter notebooks.
