Location: Hybrid (Reading, UK; Madrid, Spain; Prague, Czech Republic). Work from home up to 2 days/week.

What you will do

• Lead the MSI growth strategy and align pipeline priorities with GEO teams and business areas.
• Drive early engagement with airports and stakeholders to shape complex programmes and position the company for MSI opportunities.
• Support customer engagements and bids to improve win strategies and strengthen commercial discipline.
• Provide MSI expertise and integration strategy for priority airport programmes to reduce execution risk.
• Establish and maintain a global MSI knowledge framework, including methodologies, architectures, and reusable assets.
• Manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, designers, and architects to enhance market positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience leading complex technology, integration, consulting, or infrastructure programmes.
• Experience supporting large-scale airport development or transformation programmes (greenfield or major expansion).
• Demonstrated experience shaping opportunities and supporting successful pursuit of large, complex bids.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders across global markets.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, enterprise technology environments, and programme governance.
• Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
