Director Master System Integration (MSI)

Location: Reading, United Kingdom; Madrid, Spain; Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid work with home working available up to two days per week, depending on team needs. Flex-Location allows up to 30 days per year from any location in the world.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Airport BU Master System Integration service practice and align its growth strategy with GEO teams and business areas.
• Shape demand and engage early with airports, designers, and industry stakeholders to position hirify.global for complex MSI opportunities.
• Support customer engagements, bids, and win strategies while improving commercial discipline, benchmarking, and bid quality.
• Provide MSI expertise, solution leadership, and integration strategy for priority airport programmes.
• Lead the MSI Centre of Excellence and maintain global methodologies, architectures, standards, and reusable delivery assets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology, construction, consulting, design, and architecture providers and strengthen hirify.global's industry positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology, integration, consulting, or infrastructure programmes.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or airport development and transformation programmes, including greenfield or major expansion projects.
• Experience shaping opportunities and supporting successful pursuits of large, complex bids.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders across global markets.
• Experience in multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder programme environments and strategic ecosystem partnerships.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, enterprise technology environments, and programme governance; relevant degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
