Senior Project Manager-Municipal/Infrastructure

Location: Hybrid work model in Kirkland, Washington, or Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States

Salary: $139,000–$182,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements.
• Manage design and construction phases for public works projects, including stormwater systems, parks, sidewalks, and stream restoration.
• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for cities, districts, and public agencies.
• Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience.
• Proven project management and client relationship skills.
• Strong experience with stormwater, transportation, utility design, TESC, grading, water and sewer systems, and site improvements.
• Ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, make timely decisions, and work independently.

• Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes.
