What you will do

• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to support business objectives.
• Draft executive messaging, including leadership communications, speeches, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive leadership operating rhythms, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Act as a primary liaison between global business leaders, regional teams, and customers.
• Coordinate complex international travel and logistics for executive leadership.
• Implement AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in strategic communications and business operations.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across global regions and organizational levels.
• Strong project management and organizational leadership capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Longview, Texas

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in executive support, Chief of Staff, or corporate communications roles.
• Experience within global manufacturing, industrial, or mining sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Public Relations.
