TL;DR

Chief of Staff (Management): Partnering directly with the CEO to drive strategic priorities, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. Location: Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from our HQ in Petaling Jaya

What you will do

  • Partner with the founder/CEO to define and track company-wide strategic priorities and OKRs.
  • Prepare high-quality briefings and recommendations to support C-level decision-making.
  • Lead and facilitate core leadership forums, ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
  • Draft communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors.
  • Execute high-priority, complex projects that lack a natural departmental owner.
  • Identify operational gaps and coordinate solutions to enable company-wide scale.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from our HQ in Petaling Jaya
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal direction.
  • Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives or founders.
  • Maturity, discretion, and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.

  • Background in fintech or digital platforms.
  • Experience in founder-led companies.
