Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $170,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and govern SOPs for site operations, construction-to-operations handoffs, and safety compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational friction and delivery delays.
• Build standardized operational playbooks for replication across new geographies and sites.
• Integrate quality control metrics from manufacturing into business reporting for better risk visibility.
• Establish clear intake, execution, and SLA processes for cross-functional requests.
• Manage and develop a Senior Process Manager to drive the process optimization function.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process excellence, operations management, or continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of building SOPs and governance models in complex, multi-site environments.
• Experience in infrastructure, datacenter, manufacturing, or cloud infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and their pragmatic application.
• Proficiency with operational tooling such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Must be based in the US to align with operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in datacenter delivery, commissioning, or large-scale capital programs.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile certifications.
• Experience building KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.
