What you will do

  • Define and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Convey value propositions and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Develop and manage a leads funnel through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Track opportunities and manage the pipeline via CRM and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering teams to improve the sales cycle.
  • Analyze the competitive market and stay updated on competing offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS or Security solutions.
  • German: Business-level (C1 or higher) required.
  • Domain knowledge of compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tooling, or CI/CD platforms.
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel to clients to support sales relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, resourceful work ethic.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience in SaaS or Developer tools sales.
  • Prior startup experience.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
