What you will do
- Define and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quotas.
- Convey value propositions and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
- Develop and manage a leads funnel through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts.
- Track opportunities and manage the pipeline via CRM and supporting tools.
- Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering teams to improve the sales cycle.
- Analyze the competitive market and stay updated on competing offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS or Security solutions.
- German: Business-level (C1 or higher) required.
- Domain knowledge of compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tooling, or CI/CD platforms.
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to clients to support sales relationships.
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, resourceful work ethic.
Nice to have
- Specific experience in SaaS or Developer tools sales.
- Prior startup experience.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
