Manager Compensation & HRIS (HR Operations): Managing compensation strategy and HR technology innovation with an accent on market trend analysis, pay decisions, and SuccessFactors optimization. Location: Fort Worth, TX. Must be based in the US without company sponsorship. Hybrid (one day remote per week allowed).
Salary: $81,500 - $122,500

What you will do
- Lead compensation strategy by analyzing market trends and guiding pay decisions to attract and retain talent.
- Manage annual compensation initiatives, including merit increase processes, incentive programs, and internal audits.
- Optimize HR technology solutions (SuccessFactors) in collaboration with IT and vendors to enhance automation and system value.
- Ensure data accuracy and governance through routine audits, validation processes, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Provide expert support and training to drive adoption and effective use of HR systems.
- Analyze complex data to understand industry trends and the corresponding financial impact on the organization.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship now AND in the future.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technology, compensation, or related HR fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and sophisticated formulas.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make independent recommendations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities within a changing business environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and/or Compensation modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or Technology.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other relevant compensation certifications.
- Deep knowledge of job analysis, job evaluation, and salary structuring.
