What you will do
- Conduct job evaluations and market-pricing analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Analyze survey data and internal pay metrics to provide actionable insights for compensation decisions.
- Advise HR partners and business leaders on promotions, organizational changes, and geographic differentials.
- Support the administration of annual compensation planning, short-term and long-term incentive programs.
- Perform audits and data validation to ensure program compliance and governance.
- Manage domestic and international relocation program administration in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum 2 years of related compensation experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large, complex data sets
- Knowledge of job analysis, market-pricing methodology, and wage and hour laws
- Experience using HRIS and reporting tools to manage compensation data
Nice to have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Experience supporting short-term and long-term incentive programs
- Exposure to job architecture and pay governance practices
