What you will do

  • Conduct job evaluations and market-pricing analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Analyze survey data and internal pay metrics to provide actionable insights for compensation decisions.
  • Advise HR partners and business leaders on promotions, organizational changes, and geographic differentials.
  • Support the administration of annual compensation planning, short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Perform audits and data validation to ensure program compliance and governance.
  • Manage domestic and international relocation program administration in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of related compensation experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large, complex data sets
  • Knowledge of job analysis, market-pricing methodology, and wage and hour laws
  • Experience using HRIS and reporting tools to manage compensation data

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
  • Experience supporting short-term and long-term incentive programs
  • Exposure to job architecture and pay governance practices
