TL;DR

HR Coordinator (HR Operations): Supporting the West Coast Studio Operations HR team by managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions and HR systems with an accent on data integrity, payroll processing, and compliance. Focus on providing operational support across benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition while ensuring a seamless experience for a diverse workforce.

Location: Must be based in Universal City, CA with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days/week in-office.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely data processing.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and compliant employee payment processing.
  • Support HR programs, event logistics, and large-scale communications.
  • Generate reports and metrics to provide insights for a complex organization of 1,000+ employees.
  • Train business partners and employees on HR tools, timekeeping, and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA a minimum of 4 days/week.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
