What you will do

  • Manage and optimize Workday configurations for US Payroll, absence, and time tracking.
  • Provide expert support across Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Integrations.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and IT to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Lead or participate in HRIS projects, system enhancements, and new module implementations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through regular audits and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Deep functional expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Proven experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Integrations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex system issues.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Compliance-first mindset suitable for a regulated industry.
