What you will do
- Own and execute logistics for small-to-medium scale experiential activations and business events across EMEA.
- Provide operational support for large-scale regional GBX projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Lead local events at EMEA offices in collaboration with internal teams.
- Coordinate with global and regional vendors to secure resources and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage project timelines, event budgets, and administrative tasks such as procurement and contract processing.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in event production or experiential marketing.
- Experience independently managing project budgets and vendor relationships across international or EMEA markets.
- Ability and flexibility to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
