What you will do

• Plan and execute a diverse range of events including conferences, roadshows, and executive dinners.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align event goals with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgets, vendors, contracts, and timelines.
• Build and maintain repeatable processes for event planning, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
• Track and report on event performance metrics such as pipeline generation, revenue impact, and ROI.
• Continuously test new event formats and channels to support rapid company growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to work from the office.
• Proven experience in event, field, or experiential marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Strong operational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience supporting or running end-to-end events like conferences or executive programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and make decisions in ambiguity.
• Focus on measurable business impact and data-driven decision making.
