What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams (Packaging, Processing, Marketing, Services) to drive business with designated accounts.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Develop and execute joint account plans aligned with company strategies.
- Manage customer dashboards and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Oversee sales forecast accuracy and manage account receivables.
- Fulfill internal sales management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, BA, or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Account Management, B2B sales, or Sales & Marketing.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Power BI.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
