What you will do

• Deliver the business induction program for new recruits in a dynamic and engaging manner.
• Provide on-the-job training and regular refresher sessions for Fleet and Fuel Card Sales Teams.
• Conduct structured one-to-one coaching sessions to positively influence and document sales performance.
• Review business best practices and recommend improvements to the National Training Manager.
• Educate staff on fuel cards, market competition, and new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to review new starter progress and define training objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Burnley, UK.
• Experience working in an office environment, preferably with B2B Telesales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Strong communication, presentation, and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
• Good standard of education, preferably with a 'C' or equivalent in English and Maths.
