What you will do

• Manage end-to-end revenue accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Oversee revenue calculations, billing, and recognition for customers and vendors.
• Interpret commercial contracts to determine billing structures and accounting treatments.
• Lead month-end close activities and provide variance analysis for BvE and BvA reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations to resolve billing and contract queries.
• Support statutory, regulatory, and tax audits through accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue accounting, billing, or commercial finance within complex multinational environments.
• Deep understanding of revenue recognition and contract interpretation.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Proficiency with ERP and revenue/billing systems.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, ACCA preferred).
• Authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
