What you will do

• Manage billing mailboxes and resolve high-priority billing disputes.
• Maintain the Revenue Automation Database, ensuring accurate commercial rates and contract terms.
• Perform pre-invoicing checks and validate data integrity for large-scale invoicing.
• Review operator and vendor calculations to ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and drive timely collections.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Systems teams to resolve automation issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in revenue accounting, billing, and accounts receivable in high-volume environments.
• Solid understanding of revenue processes, accruals, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in working with automation tools, billing systems, and large datasets.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
