What you will do

• Manage end-to-end monitoring of actual, committed, and forecast expenditure for Corporate Communications, CSR, and Kaizen Foundation budgets.
• Maintain real-time visibility of budget consumption and available funds across all spending areas.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure timely processing and control of supplier engagements and payments.
• Identify financial risks and budget overruns, escalating issues proactively to management.
• Support the development of operating and financial plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Produce monthly and quarterly spend governance reports and analysis for business and Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in an FP&A, reporting, or controlling function.
• Excellent proficiency in English language, both oral and written.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including writing macros and creating pivot tables.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a team-player mindset.

Nice to have

• CIMA, CIA, CMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
