What you will do

• Lead statutory financial reporting across EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate filing of local financial statements.
• Coordinate regional tax compliance (Corporate tax, VAT) in partnership with external advisors.
• Provide technical accounting mentorship on complex transactions following IFRS and local GAAP.
• Manage and coordinate external audits across the region as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure strong governance and compliance with internal control frameworks and corporate policies.
• Support legal entity rationalization, restructuring, and new entity setups within EMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in statutory reporting and tax compliance within a global organization.
• Strong technical expertise in IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing external audits.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
