What you will do

• Lead EMEA D365 finance operations to ensure accurate and controlled accounting across the region.
• Manage a high-performing team responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections to improve cash conversion and reduce overdue balances.
• Drive process improvements via standardization and automation using D365 and BlackLine.
• Partner with regional finance leaders and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and governance.
• Mentor and develop team members to build organizational capability and support career growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading finance operations or shared services in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and BlackLine.
• Proven track record in finance transformation, automation, and balance sheet controls.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CA, or ACCA qualification preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without current or future visa sponsorship.
