What you will do

• Manage and coordinate payroll processing with ADP for EMEA countries ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Process payroll updates including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and bonuses.
• Validate payroll data, perform monthly checks, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytical reviews for management and audit purposes.
• Analyze payroll trends and headcount movements to support operational reviews.
• Contribute to global payroll projects, including automation and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience for EMEA countries.
• Strong understanding of EMEA payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance.
• Local Professional payroll qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reconciliations).
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
