What you will do

• Lead day-to-day D365 accounting operations, ensuring accurate and controlled financial processing across EMEA.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for journals, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization within D365 processes.
• Partner with controllers and finance leaders to meet accounting, reporting, and control requirements.
• Oversee transactional processing and issue resolution to ensure data integrity.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Proven experience leading accounting operations or shared services teams in complex, multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing and coaching teams.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
