What you will do
- Lead day-to-day D365 accounting operations across EMEA, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled financial processing.
- Manage and develop a team responsible for journals, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and statutory support.
- Drive standardisation, automation, continuous improvement, and adoption of D365 capabilities.
- Partner with Controllers and senior Finance leaders on accounting, reporting, governance, and control requirements.
- Oversee reconciliations, transactional processing, issue resolution, documentation, and support for statutory and tax audits.
- Track KPIs, improve accountability, and build scalable ways of working within regional finance operations.
Requirements
- Experience leading accounting operations or shared services teams in complex multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and financial controls.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience driving process improvement, automation, operational efficiency, and internal control frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.

- Experience in shared services or finance transformation environments.
