What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the execution of complex Prime programmes for international customers.
• Secure delivery on time, scope, cost, and quality in accordance with contract and internal processes.
• Balance technical and commercial aspects to fulfill contractual commitments and deliver value.
• Act as the central interface for customers, building strong and trust-based relationships.
• Drive risk and opportunity management, including mitigations and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales on capture activities as the Operations Responsible in the winning-business process.

Requirements

• Experience in programme, project, or subproject management within a technical environment.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on activities and deliveries.
• Understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of complex contracts.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to pass a security vetting process based on current regulations.
