What you will do

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
• Manage resource allocation and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Lead complex enterprise programs and provide strategic program advisory services to large customers.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery models and project quality across the organization.
• Coach and supervise project managers and teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
